Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and cash on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or events outside our control.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
